THE PUGMARK Jungle Lodge - Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions:

CHECKIN : 13:00 Hrs.                                                                         CHECKOUT : 11:00 Hrs.

(Note: Checkout after 11.30am will be charged @ Rs. 1000/- per hour as per resort policies.)

The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in. 

As per Government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. 

In case, check-in is denied due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.

Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as telephone calls, room service, snacks, laundry extra bed etc.). In such case additional charges are levied.

Extra Bed Charges:

• Age 12 years & above Rs. 2,500/- + 12% GST Extra.
  
• Age between 6 to 11 years Rs. 2,000/- + 12% GST Extra.
  
• Age below 5 years will be Complimentary.
  

Extra bed can be accommodated with a mattress, subject to room size & availability.

THE PUGMARK - Jungle Lodge reserves the right to decline accommodation to localities / same city residents.

In case of an increase in the room tariff (due to an event or festive occasion) the customer is liable to pay the difference, if the period of stay falls within this duration. Local ID proof & Pan card will not be acceptable as ID proof.

For Day Use booking, extension of stay beyond the time slots booked will levy additional charges. Any stay post 7 PM will be charged as full night stay.

Note: Early Check in & Late Check Out is permissible @ 1000/- per hour.

★ In monsoon season, the Diesel Generator will be operated only if there are 3 or more rooms booked at the resort.
★ Swimming Pool is operational 08:00 to 15:00 & 16:00 to 20:00 Hrs. 

★ Meals Timings: - Breakfast 09:00 to 11:00Hrs. | Lunch 12:30 to 14:30 Hrs. | 

Eve Tea 17:00 to 19:00 Hrs. | Dinner 08:30 to 22:00 Hrs. 

★ Early Check & late checkout is subject to availability of rooms on extra chargeable basis. 

★ Complimentary WIFI facility (Subject to weather conditions) is available at Reception & Restaurant area only.

★ Keep doors and windows closed. To prevent unwanted intrusions from insects and small animals, keep doors and windows closed, especially during the day.

Carry essential supplies: Pack insect repellent, sunscreen, appropriate clothing, a torch/flashlight, and any necessary medications, as medical facilities may be distant.

1. No refund if cancellation is effected within 15 days prior to the check-in date.
2. 75% refund will be issued if cancellation is effected between 15 and 20 days prior to the check-in date.
3. 90% refund will be issued for all cancellations effected beyond 21 days.

4. Cancellation policy is applicable on total amount not in advance amount paid at the time of booking.

Please Note that once Jungle Safari is booked, then the paid Jungle safari booking amount is non-refundable.

We request 50% advance of the package amount (and 100% advance of the jungle safari booking) to confirm your booking & remaining 50% amount before Check-in.
